Ezousa Red

Grape Varieties: Maratheftiko, Shiraz, Mouverde

Selected grapes harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the late August. Intense ruby colored wine with delicious aromas of strawberries, cherries and wild rose as well as a hint of oak. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with balanced acidity and density, and juicy tannins.

Pairings: Beef, Lamb, Spicy Food, Poultry


Ezousa Syrah

Grape Varieties: Syrah

Selected grapes harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the late August. Deep ruby color. On the nose dense ripe red and black fruit, flowers and notes of plum and cinnamon. Full and rich bodied with luscious cassis flavors, balanced acidity, velvety tannins ending with a nuance of mint chocolate and a long spice and vanilla finish.

Pairings: Game, lamb with vegetables, red meats fillets, hard cheeses.


Ezousa Metharme Maratheftiko

Grape Varieties: Maratheftiko

Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the early autumn months. A complex wine resulting from the best expression of the grape variety and the Kannaviou microclimate. Vibrant ruby colour, layered aromas of black cherry, mint and thyme. Exuberant and intense flavours with a rich mouthfeel and structure and long finish.

Pairings: Grilled meat, tomato sauces, pies and baked pastas.


Ezousa Xinisteri

Grape Varieties: Xinisteri

Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the late summer month of September. Dry white wine, pale lemon with greenish highlights, pleasant and vivid aromas of white flowers, pineapple, green apple and peach. On the palate it is rich and fruity with balanced acidity, notes of minerality and a unique finish

Pairings: Sushi, Oysters, Shellfish, Fried Fish


Ezousa Viognier

Grape Varieties: Viognier

Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the late summer month of August. Pale lemon color and expressive nose with delicate aromas of peach, pear and citrus and some notes of honeysuckle and vanilla. It has a dry mouth sense with balanced acidity and characteristic flavors of tropical fruits, melon and lime with a long lasting and refreshing aftertaste.

Pairings: Fatty fish, shrimp in white sauces, asparagus, crab or lobster, Asian cuisine.


Ezousa Eros Rose

Grape Varieties: Maratheftiko

From selected Maratheftiko vines on soils in the Kannaviou region, manually harvested during the late summer months, late September until October thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Bright rose-colored wine with delicious aromas of strawberries, cherries and wild roses. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with the refreshingly crisp acidity so typical of Maratheftiko challenging the senses due to its unique taste.

Pairings: Asian cuisine, salads, tomato sauce, white meat.


Ezousa Gris Maratheftiko

Grape Varieties: Maratheftiko

Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the late summer month of September. Clear pale salmon in color. Aromas of wild roses and green apples, crisp Maratheftiko acidity.

Pairings: Asian cuisine, salads, tomato sauce, white meat.
