Χαρακτηριστικα
Στρογγυλό, πλούσιο σώμα με δροσερό αρωματικό χαρακτήρα, σε ένα αρμονικό πάντρεμα των γνωρισμάτων των τριών λευκών ποικιλιών. Νότες ώριμου ροδάκινου, βερίκοκου, με μια πινελιά ορυκτότητας. Το στόμα ακολουθεί τον παραπάνω χαρακτήρα ενώ το αρωματικό σύνολο συμπληρώνεται με νότες από λουλούδια του αγρού και αχλαδιού.
Γευστικοι Συνδυασμοι
Συνοδεύει υπέροχα δροσερές σαλάτες με σως εσπεριδοειδών, ψητά ψάρια, κοτόπουλο σχάρας και κίτρινα τυριά.

Characteristics
Round, rich body with a cool aromatic character, in a harmonious marriage of the traits of the three white varieties. Notes of ripe peach, apricot, with a touch of minerality. The mouth follows the aforementioned character while the aromatic set is complemented with notes of field and pear flowers.
Food Pairings
It accompanies delicious fresh salads with citrus, baked fish, grilled chicken and yellow cheeses.
