A little bit of History

A.S.Xinaris & Sons Ltd is one of the leading wines, spirits and non alcoholic distribution companies in Cyprus. The company, with over 50 years of experience in the alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage sector, has been established in 1967 by Andreas Xinaris and has been growing ever since.

In 1987 Savvas Xinaris and 1989 Panayiotis Xinaris, the second generation, joined the company and brought in with them their expertise and knowledge that elevated the company from a distributor of local spirits to an official distributor of international brands.

Since 1987 we have been trusted by many companies to become their official distributors in Cyprus and strive them to success. Brown Forman, La Martiniquaise, Constellation, Borco Group, Angostura, Monin and Molinari are among those companies.

In the wine sector, we are among the leaders in the distribution of wines as we represent some of the most prestigious wineries of the world such as Lanson, Bodegas Muga, Joseph Drouhin, Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia, Domain Gerovassiliou, Domain Biblia Chora, Domain Kir Yianni, Domain Skouras and Domain Sigalas. We also have our very own wine cellar called, Cava to Dionision since 2002.

In 2017, the third generation Andreas Xinaris and Stefanos Xinaris, joined the company with the same eager, enthusiasm and values that they inherited from their grandfather and fathers. 

Our mission is to continue being among the leaders and innovators in the alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage industry in Cyprus by developing brands in the Cyprus market and delivering high quality premium products and services to our customers in a respectful environment.
